After 5 years in business in Ireland and a combined 10 years experience in the wedding and event industry we appreciate the work, time and effort involved in planning for a wedding. Our dedication and commitment to making our business successful is made easier by the fact that we love coming to work every day!! From feedback we have found that the most important aspects when choosing a venue decor company are customer service, value for money and of course, the end result. As we have a base, our Wedding & Party Shop, there is an experienced member of staff available to answer your queries from 10.00am to 6.00pm 6 days a week or if you haven't got time to talk during the day, all e-mails are replied to within 24 hours (usually much less!!). Our customers, both new and existing are the most important part of our business and we like to provide a friendly voice on the end of the phone and try to go out of our way to help or offer advice in whatever way we can. We fully appreciate the word budget and aim to keep our prices as competitive as possible.
